Thinking about it, I only need to tighten up a cassette onto a wheel, so I could even come to someone with the wheel + cassette (and beer) and do it there in 5 minutes

I've got that tool which you're welcome to come use if you bring the wheel and cassette in question, based in E14 by Canary Wharf.
