Officially 28 unofficially there are people that have had 32 and many who use 30, often putting the B-screw through other way but I believe there are other factors to consider and it's not absolutely given it'll take a 30.. sorry, no help at all there If you ask in the Any question answered someone much more helpful will put you right I'm sure

I have one too.

RD-4700, 10 speed cassette, 10 speed FSA chain with quick link.

It was fitted this bike:

Chain is virtually new
