I had the same problem with some pretty loud decals on some old track wheels. The only option seems to be to sand them out, which I doubt is a good idea on a nice disc. Went for some eBay 4D crabon vinyl wrap in the end and it looks alright. Or at least not as bad as the original decals.

Nice, thanks. I'll see what I can find. If I make a mess of it I can peel it off again

I used this onehttps://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/201275354515
No idea how it compares to others though. -

I emailed a local car styling place, the bloke wants £100 for wrapping a wheel.

Thats a joke.
Just order some wrap from ebay an do it yourself . It's really not that hard just use a sharp blade to make the cuts -

Depends if it's flat or lenticular. If the latter it'll be a pig getting it look good.

It is lenticular.
Might just leave it - lazy is my middle name
I've looked at the removing decals from under lacquer thread, but i was wondering if anyone has any experience of doing it on carbon disc wheels?
I got a Pro disc with some pretty horrific ones on, I was hoping I could peel them off, but they are underneath the lacquer
Thanks in advance.
Looks like this one
