Do you just want a shopping list of parts? If you have that, you can take it to a bike shop and ask them to build it, or you could get all the parts yourself and put them together. Building a bike is basically just Lego with Allen keys. If you get stuck, people on here can help with the details.

By the way, building that bike would be quite expensive. Not sure what your budget is.

Do you want a retro-modern Cinelli Supercorsa with CAmpa stuff and carbon wheels? Or just a retro-modern racebike? As @fizzy.bleach stated: could be a spendy thing.
