Hi all,

I have tried to sell the complete bike but people were interested in the parts, hence this new, simpler and tidier thread.

This is a lovely Bridgestone PHM9 high-modulus carbon fiber track frameset (Branded as "Anchor" in Japan, these frames bear Bridgestone graphics for export).

I have owned this bike for 4 years now, and done around 100 miles on it. It was stored indoors at my work in The City, I have now changed jobs and it has been cluttering the spare room so thought it is time to pass it on.

Frame provenance:
This frameset was purchased directly from its first owner, Jason Burrill who had picked up 3 top 5’s in the Masters Track Championships back in 2014. He picked up an injury in late 2016 and gave up track cycling, that's when I bought the frameset earlier.

Size wise, I have attached a geo chart - this is the biggest frame Anchor / Bridgestone made at the time.
Anchor calls it large with a 55.5cm CTC top tube and a 62cm CTT seat tube.
Anchor Adaptive frame size converted from inseam size indicates that it would fit someone from 177cm to 189cm (5ft9 to 6ft2).

Some spec:

• Seatpost clamp is included (takes a 27.2mm seatpost);
  
• Forks are carbon with an alloy 1" threadless steerer (comes with a 1" to 1 1/8th adaptor & carbon spacers), you could get them cut and threaded if you want to move to quill stems;
  
• New black Cane Creek / Tange 1" alloy headset with sealed bearings;
  
• Bottom bracket shell is standard BSA
  
• Spacing is standard track 100mm front, 120mm rear.
  
  

This is a used frameset, there are a couple of marks and paint chips - the main ones are a paint chip on one of the fork legs, one paint chip near the headset and finally paint rub caused by cranks near the BB.

Price wise, these do not come up for sale often and, when available in the UK, they were £2,999.

I am after 1/3 of that, so SOLD for £950.

I will, of course, clean the frameset before it is sold!
