I can't help but I approve of this thread.

Hah!
Gonna build a bullhorn lowpro next or some shit

I've often wondered where all the ano s65 posts went. If all else fails I have a red charge with lay back, but the colour is a bit meh. Positively muted by garish clown tractor standards in fact.
Will swap for large grappa next time I see ya

Sounds like a plan mate! Cheers.

My Use seatpost. Must be about 25 years old now and still used on my mountain bike.
But not for sale.

Umm thanks. I think.

Isn’t that the one that snaps? The cutaways would anyway seem incongruous with my heft on top of a dead heavy bike.

• #13
Ah yes. Correct.

Thanks mate! Yep seen a few cheap new ones on fleabay, may well end up with one of these. Guess I just started the thread in case someone’s got a posh nitto hanging around from those days when Krazy Kolorful Fixies were all the rage.

Ha! I think I might have one coming from a pal, thanks! It’ll only make me want red bars of course.

Just seen this, my miche seatpost was silver. Had red bar tape, rims, hubs, saddle and chainring bolts.
Miss those days of buying matchy matchy coloured parts. Made a build looong though..
After a 27.2 seat post in anodized red. This stuff used to be everywhere, who’s got a nice Nitto one sitting in their embarrassment parts box of shame from the colourful fixie explosion era? My clown tractor is sorely disappointing in the seat post area. Obvs will pay loads for a schmancy one, but a no-name will be fine too. Needs to be about 250mm minimum above insertion limit.
