WTD: 54cm Complete Bike or F&F's

Friend of mine's GF is looking for a road bike in 53cm. She had one requirement that was it should be a pastel colour (lol) but anything considered

She's got £300 for a full bike, if its F&F then ill be building the rest for her so maybe around £100 for that.

Newer/more reliable the better!

Hey, I have a moser classe 56 seat, 54 top. A little larger than asked for but may be an option. It's in great condition and a bit more than budget but worth mention as its gathering dust
