Rx 800 bolt on position

Hi should this be bolted between the two spigots, have i put it in the wrong position?

Thanks i moved it to the horizontal as i could not get the wheel out. Lowered the b screw and i seems a lot better . Looking to go hope rx4 now . More to fudge.

Got a mate with a hope account So i can pic what i like and he gets to bleed and set up with 810 levers.

He is snowed under with shed trash right now.
