No, they're telling the public to adopt "increased social distancing" with the PM explaining this means "avoid pubs and restaurants".

Damn... those businesses may as well just close. They're untenable in this environment.

We tried some social distancing outside of The Angel on Sunday (we had space).
Conversation at 1.5M is pretty interesting.

It's a well known fact* that everyone spends the whole evening in the pub looking at their phone anyway so you can talk over facemeet.
