At 5'11 might be on the small size for you but welcome to view your test ride.

Similarly, I've got a 54/55cm Surosa track bike built up for road available. I'm between, 5'1 and 6ft, and found that rejigging to a slightly longer stem, riser bars and a layback post gave me a nice bit of breathing space while retaining that 'nippy commuter' feel.

Ali frame, drilled Alpina carbon forks, Sugino messenger set, Shimano RS front, Quando flipflop rear with a Sturmey freewheel, 25c Conti's, some ITM and spesh bits. Don't mind chucking in a lock and lights and whatnot, as I'll be travelling for a bit soon. £210 for the next week, Woolwich Arsenal.

Thanks for the responses all, appreciated. Went with cgg's suggestion in the end.
Heartbreaking news from the bike shop this morning. They can't service my bike cos the frame is cracked. Explains the recent weird handling.
Anyways, I now am in desperate need of a replacement. Open to suggestions, but really as long as the fit is similar to the Mataro, I'd consider. I'm not exactly wedded to any brand.
