Applied and supposedly got the job but the £14hr advertised isn't what you get. They wanted someone self employed as it's only a couple of days each month but then to not fall foul of IR35 they wanted the person to either setup as a limited company or employ themselves via an umbrealla company all out of the £14hr. When I ran the numbers deducting as a ltd and then an employee or as an employee after paying the umbrella company people and then the employers contributions it wasn't living wage and questionable if it was even minimum wage. Said to them if they can sort out the umbrella company stuff and present an actual hourly rate I'd do it but not heard back yet(and doubt I will).
