Hi all,
I am in the process of getting my floor re-done so I have around 16sqm in good condition to give away.
The room is broadly 4m x 4m with a small entrance.
B&Q sells similar laminate flooring for around £16-£20 per sqm so that's about £300 worth of flooring.
It is still fitted so the "free" catch is that you need to come, remove it all including the small side-skirts and underlay.
Happy to give you a hand while you're at my place and free coffee too. But you have to take it all away with you.
Pick up from New Cross SE14. Easy access, off street parking, ground floor so no drama there.
Get in touch before Thursday if you are interested otherwise I will put an ad on Gumtree.
