Keep your eyes on ebay for carbon versions of chorus, centaur and athena. Post square taper, chorus have always been UT (record and super record too but £££), but some centaur and athena are power torque, they must have switched for a model year change or something. Compacts do come up but more often standard 53/39. Also keep an eye open for fulcrum torq chainsets, just rebranded campag. Obviously later 11 speed stuff will work fine too.

Ah thank you this is helpful. Knew fulcrums wheels were the same, didn’t know they did chain sets...
Got eBay searches set up, the compact versions go for quite a bit, but you can pick doubles up for a decent price.
And 11speed chain sets also work fine?? I assumed they may be some issue with chain width...
Thanks again

Yes 11 speed will be fine. They stopped making the fulcrum stuff a few years ago now so not much comes up but I often do a search as I am always on the lookout for compact carbon UT in 170mm length. You need to try different search terms on ebay, fulcrum torq, fulcrum crank, fulcrum chainset, fulcrum crankset etc.

Greeno,
I'm having a clearout at the mo and am debating whether to sell some old campag stuff... not 100% sure yet. Kinda prefer to sell as groups as opposed to individually if I do...
I have
1x Record 170mm compact 50/34 - 10 speed, square taper (have It B/B)
1x Record 170mm compact 50/34 -11 speed, Ultra torque (circa 2013)
Both in very good nick
If I do sell pick up Farringdon area, London only.
Let me know if you're interested and I'll give you first dibs if I do sell.
Cheers -

Dav, if Greeno is not interested in the UT record, could you pm me a price?
Cheers.

Ditto, interested in the 10 spd square taper....

Also interested in the UT Record set if greeno or krankers don't take it. And indeed the sq taper set, though not the ITA bb.

Looks good...having to re-calibrate expenditure cos had a bike nicked over the weekend, with other stuff too that must be replaced, like two pairs of shoes and gloves — can you believe stealing someone's shoes? with custom-moulded footbeds?

In light of replacement cost of the above, I am regretfully not progressing my interest in the chainset. All the best!
And preferably compact (though may consider double). That exact combo does exist but don't think it's that common..
Anyone got any going?
Thanks
