If i’m 1,78cm and ride 54cm Caad12 will i be fine with 175mm or should i look for 172,5mm one?

Hard to tell as it depends on many things. Riding style, leg length, power, gear selection, etc etc.

I’m 6’3” (1.92cm) but ride 170 cranks on all my bikes because my focus is track racing, track bikes have 170mm cranks and I can sustain high cadence (130-145rpm) for long periods.
