Looks beautiful, but no mudguard / rack mounts so not really what I need.

there's been a few ti MTB frames come up on ebay recently for not a lot of dough, would make great commuter bikes, there was even a Raleigh SPD Ti a few months back with XT/XTR build that went for £450, I was so tempted but couldn't justify n-12 when I've already got two MTBs anyway!
There's this in your neck of the woods https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Van-Nicholas-Titanium-Yukon-Flat-Bar-Road-Touring-Audax-Bike-Bicycle-54cm/193007901721?hash=item2cf02adc19:g:hWcAAOSwmgVdB5rl
or an Omega (Omega being Mark Reilly's first business which turned into Enigma) just up the road from me in Royston North Herts https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Omega-titanium-training-road-race-bike-full-dura-ace/143402486853?hash=item2163744c45:g:HFkAAOSwnRpcbpVqslightly smaller frame than you're after but might aid getting on/off with the lower down top tube if you're planning on fitting a child seat/trailer and has guard/rack mounts. -

Fantastic shout...and good advice too about kiddie seats, hadnt figured that. Thanks!
I've got a nice Airborne Lancer titanium frame that I have built up in several guises over the years (got on the forum), but the lack of mudguard and pannier rack mount points is finally getting to me. Ive been fiddling with raceblades and crud mudguards for the last few months and its really getting me down. Also before you mention seattube racks - ive tried those also but never found one that I liked. I've a new 7 month old so really i'm looking for a nice dad-bike so I'm not looking for anything too bling. Budget pretty flexible but probably sub 1000£ (n=3.5 at the moment and n=4 is probably maximum SWCA will allow). Based in Leeds but coming down to London in Nov. What have you lads got lurking in the shed thats going to be neglected this winter...? edit: Somewhere around 54/56 cm frame please.
