Indoor training noise

Hi, I'm looking to get an indoor trainer for winter. I live on the second floor of a flat with wooden floors, any advice on keeping the noise/ vibrations down?

Buy mine - it was noted in its day for being particularly flat friendly.

Also get a rubber mat to damp the vibrations.
