There's "dream bikes" and "close to dream bikes". When I started collecting mountainbikes, I thought the dream bikes from my youth would never pop up for sale - and so I bought all the "close to" that came across my path.
I learned it's all just a matter of patience and now the result is that I have more dream bikes than I ever dreamed of...
and that's why some of the "close to" must make place.
The first I'm selling is this iconic 1992 GT Karakoram "Tequila Sunrise". Built in the early nineties but still one of the most wanted mid-to-higher range vintage mountainbikes on the bay. The bikes is almost "catalogue spec", I believe only the tyres changed over time (and I replaced the rusty LX U brake by an XT II).
Looking for 400 € for this bright and brilliant bike.
O, in case you want to ride it: it's an 18". ;)
Ofcourse the bike will be completed before I sell it.
Included in the price: the bike comes from the shop where former World Champ an Olympic Silver Medal winner Filip Meirhaeghe grew up as a kid (his father ran the shop). ;-)

Formatting Help
Don't worry about formatting, just type in the text and we'll take care of making sense of it. We will auto-convert links, and if you put asterisks around words we will make them bold.
Tips:
Create headers by underlining text with ==== or ----
To *italicise* text put one asterisk each side of the word
To **bold** text put two asterisks each side of the word
Embed images by entering: ![](https://www.google.co.uk/images/srpr/logo4w.png) That's the hard one: exclamation, square brackets and then the URL to the image in brackets.
* Create lists by starting lines with asterisks
1. Create numbered lists by starting lines with a number and a dot
> Quote text by starting lines with >

For syntax highlighting, surround the code block with three backticks:
```
Your code goes here
```
Just like Github, a blank line must precede a code block.
If you upload more than 5 files we will display all attachments as thumbnails.
