Complete bike: Unknown Lo-pro

EDIT: I've put a bit of effort into this and fixed and cleaned it up so that it's now in a working condition and have parts-binned it into a complete bike.

I built this up about 5 years ago and unfortunately, don't use it anymore. The frame as you can see is in fairly bad condition and was subject to a blowtorch when the seat post got stuck. There is also a fair amount of cosmetic rust. However, with a bit of TLC and a paint job, this could look spick and span.

Initially, I'm trying to sell it as a complete bike for £200 ONO:

1. Lo-pro frame (approximately 54cm squared)
   
2. 650c forks (I believe they're BLB)
   
3. Headset - the top part is a Mavic headset and the bottom I can't remember
   
4. Bottom bracket
   
5. Dura-Ace chainset - this is not a pista trackset
   
6. Wheelset - SystemEx hubs laced to non-machined Velocity rims, handbuilt by Bicycle Ambulance in Cambridge. There are a few marks on the rims but they still run true and smoothly
   
7. Tyres and tubes - they're quite old but should see you through for a while
   
8. ITM TT bars -one of the pads is missing
   
9. KMC Chain
   
10. MKS pedals (can chuck in some straps)
    
11. Specialized Seatpost
    
12. Unknown saddle
    
    

I'll consider splitting if I find a seller for the wheels but at the moment would like to sell a package.
