Wtd: Boa-dialed road shoes EU42.5 - 44

Sick of velcro now, so I'm looking for a pair of shoes with single/dual Boa dials:
- Flexible on sizing, I suppose it'll depend on the brands available
- Full carbon sole pls
- 3-Bolt compatible
- Not particularly fussed about condition, although would ideally like a good amount of heel rubber remaining
- Will require posting (UK)
What's out there?

Thanks for the offer - Have actually already tried a pair of Spiuk 15 in the past and the EU44's felt too big so I'm gonna pass on these - Thanks though!
