    Top tube c-c 55cm

Beautiful frameset in good condition. Light, stiff and smooth ride.
Marks and scratches as you’d expect from a bike of this age, the worst of which is the tyre rub on the beefy max chain stays which I have pictured. No dents, no dings.

Selling with brand new M part elite headset. 1” threaded and ID down tube shifter boss covers.

    £375. £350. NOW £325.

Collection in London. Can meet up within reason.

  • Schöner Lack! GLWS!

  • That's beautiful, wish I had that money.
My partner owns one of these frames.
It came with 600 arabesque groupset and is made out of tange prestige tubing.
A little less posh, with a simple colour-way.
Never saw another one of these before this thread.
I was trying to find any information about the builder but the only thing I figured was that it was a small workshop in Amsterdam back in the day.
Do you happen to know more by any chance, or have anything to read?
The one we have rides like a dream btw, very lively and lightweight.
    Potential buyers - don't hesitate.

  • Hello @bed_bug.

Thanks for your comments. This one rides like a dream also. Lively, lightweight and with the least amount of 'road noise' on any bike i've ever ridden.

All the information i could find out has come from 2 sources which i will link. Apparently Brands was a small bike shop in the Javastraat in Amsterdam east and the frame builder was Peter Van de Klundert whos father was, i think, Jacques van de Klundert a professional bike racer.

  • Amazing, thanks for the info @jppegs!
Now knowing the name of the builder more search results show up.
    Good luck with the sale!

  • I like the seatpost

  • Bump for this bike, which jppegs made me build outside in the cold then rode it once.

And I got a cold the week after too.

It's quite nice though, some good details.

  • Please, I’m trying to resist.

  • Hi. Looks great. I’m new to the forum and interested. Would like to come see the bike!

  • Hey @user102522.

Let me know either way if you are still interested or not? You have PM.

  • this still available?

  • Hello @asgreig.

Currently still available but am in discussions with '2nd dibs' about shipping the frame. I will let you know, either way, How it works out.
