Hi There,
Paradise Cycles in Bethnal Green is currently offering a part or full time job (dependant on the skills and needs of the candidate), with flexible working hours and a decent rate of pay.
All members of staff in our 7 person team are all rounders, being competent mechanics without the stereotypical workshop personality! Paradise puts the emphasis on openness, approachability and professionalism to insure that people keep coming back (and we don't feel too bad playing capitalism!). An ideal candidate would have a couple of years wrenching under their belt, buy into our business ethos and be keen to explore the many opportunities working in a small business presents; fixing a bike, helping to shape our business, taking photos, web development etc etc.
Although I am not willing to discuss salary on the forum, we pay well and value staff retention incredibly highly. If anyone is willing to come in some time and have a chat about taking on the role, we are happy to do a paid trial shift and outline a potential salary, and the extra benefits of working in our small, but busy workshop.
We believe that this is a great time to get into a growing business with an excellent reputation, strong ethical business practice and chance for career progression in the not too distant future for the right candidate.
If you fancy coming in for a chat, hit me up in the DMs or email info@paradisecycles.co.uk.
