Raleigh Mercury, 64cm, flat bar conversion done on a tight budget.
Short stem, slight rise in the bars, wannabe Charge Spoon saddle. There's no rear brake cable so once you get one of those then it's good to go.
It's actually a pretty good ride, just a bit too big as I bought it without viewing and I usually ride a 61cm.
