  • Hells bells. That’s quite something!

  • It is interesting, and unique, but, really, isn't a low-pro frame jut an oddity? Bit of historical or aesthetic interest? It's not like you would be likely to build this up, let alone ride it? I have two in the stable. A track version in Columbus KL tubing and a beautiful Cliff Scrubb which I purchased just because the lug work and the portions that are filet brazed are incredible. But I paid a fraction of this for both. GLWS. Maybe there are people out there who are willing to pay big bucks for these things. No harm in testing the market of course.

  • Bit of an unnecessary piss-on-your-bonfire post.

  • it's just a comment about the desirability of lo-pro frames, and only an opinion. I don't think it would stop anyone from making an offer, do you? Is it now out of bounds to have an opinion on the forum? Did you read the last two sentences of my post. Did they sound like I was "pissing" on someone. Are you maybe a bit delicate?

  • if no one clicks that link, then its ok.

  • I’m trying to work out what the idea was behind that head tube arrangement, and failing. Afraid I have to agree to a point with 71349, lo-pro frames were a complete waste of time and effort for reasons too many to list here, but that’s still an eye-catching frame. You’ll be lucky to see half of the asking price, though.

  • You serious? The seller or someone else is selling exactly the same frame on eBay which is against the forum rules

Stem attachment between the headset bearings. Also seen on Fignon's Gitane

    And Nicole Cooke's Walser

  • Hi you still have the frame ?
