Which derailleur hanger?

Hi all

How do I know which rear derailleur hanger to get, and any ideas where I can get one from quite quickly?

Drop out is like this - Isen All Road:

Can't find a UK stockist, though. But I would think @coldharbour would have them lying around.

I had naively supposed that a derailleur hanger would be a fairly generic type of component!

Do you need DM or standard?

My LBS has a chart on their wall with about 50 different derailleur hangers which gives you an idea of how it is.

It's new ultegra R8000 rear mech.
