I was going to replace the original headset, but after a bit of a clean and re-grease, it’s come up quite nice.

This looks great - what size is it?

Cinelli Bars, Modolo Levers.
Hoods were perished, so have added Cane Creek replacements.
There is a ton of tape residue on the bars, so I look forward to getting ‘off my tits’ on solvent.

Thanks. Seat Tube is 58cm, Top Tube is 55.5cm (both ctc).

Starting to look like a bike now.
Wheels are NOS Ofmega Hubs on Kinlin ADHN rims.
I built these last year for this frame, and rode them on a different bike at L’eroica.
Would appear that I forgot to true them, so they’ll be coming off.
Also, clearances at the rear are a bit too tight for 28’s, do I’ll be shopping for some skinny gumwalls later.

Modolo Professional callipers.
Gave them a quick clean up. Really need to spend a bit more time on them.

Lovely mate, glad to see you’ve still got impeccable taste...!

I always loved modolo bits. I had some brakes for a birthday present when I was a kid in the CTC and thought they were like jewellery compared to the weinmanns and stronglights kicking round at the time.

Your dog's been busy with the solvent then...

Yeah too bad about the dog but the bike's coming along nicely.

The dog's fine - currently trying to nick my dinner!

Veg oil works great on tape residue. Technically it is a solvent (maybe?). Anyway it works.

Will give it a go, thanks.

Lovely dog!
This has been residing in my shed for quite some time now. A Bob Jackson Time Trial frame, with a curved seat tube.
I’m hoping to find a bit of time today to start building it up.
