Bill Hannington Down Tube Transfers

I've bought a very nice Bill Hannington of Reading fame which unfortunately lacks the down tube transfers.
Before I begin the rebuild process I would like to ask if anyone has one of these bikes complete with transfers who could kindly let me have some pictures of them with dimensions. This will enable me to get some made up.
