Eats and Easts

  • We've done this twice now--we went to Cook Daily in London Fields at 6pm and had some food there before moving on to the Chesham Arms for drinks--around 7:30 or so. Both were great evenings. There are plenty of good little eateries around the Chesham, in easy walking or cycling distance, and we certainly won't get bored.

    Here's a thread for this.

I won't always be able to make it, and it shouldn't just be 'my' thing, so feel free to take the initiative!

  • Having done Cook Daily twice, how about trying somewhere else? We can always go back there at some point. I'd quite like to try the vegan fush and chups in Graham Road--if you'd prefer non-vegan fish and chips, there's another chippy of the same chain on the same street. Anyone up for that? That could be for the 1st of May. We should obviously handle attendance by means of convenient lists.

  • I don't want to plan too far ahead, but I've just seen this:

That could be an option for the 22nd May. It's £18 so not massively more expensive than Cook Daily.
