What ? A £200 bike ? Far out. I expect to do that with my £10k Cannondale Black Inc but really ?? Someone make me an offer. It needs a happy home.
I am moving to the Outer Hebrides, no need for track bikes anymore. My fab old track bike that I bought in Australia 15 years ago is up for sale. Its a great frameset, steel and very traditional all in black with chrome forks. The crankset is a Sugino Super Mighty (bloody love a company that calls something Super Mighty ! Yay the Japanese !!) and the stem is an ITM 800 Open and the bars are NJS with bitching rubber grips which have never been used in anger. The wheels are brand new Pegasus 40mm rims I think, they have never turned a wheel.
I will get a tape measure out, but from memory it is IRO a 56, I now ride a 53 but when I bought this I was riding a 58, so its somewhere nearer 58 than 53 !!! I will confirm it asap though
I have won a lot of races on this bike and its only ever been ridden on the track, the fork is not drilled for brakes, its a brilliant bike. I have both a seat post and a saddle that I can put on it somewhere but my life is in chaos, so lets say for shits and giggles that there is no seat post or saddle.
As for price, I honestly have no idea its a great bike, but I don't want to deal with the assholes on Ebay, so l reckon it has to be worth at least £200 so start there ? Happy to take offers, I need the space ultimately.
