You just take off the plastic preload thingy on the Sram cranks for them to fit

Unless they are SRAM Red cranks with a short axle.

Swedee is selling SiSL2 cranks that I think used to be mine. Spendy though. But nice.

Dunno, I had red cranks on the frame which is now in Sumo’s possession.

I might have a spare FSA Gossamer set BB30 and your choice of chainrings 50/34 or 52/36.

How many £'s?

Yeah they have to be the SRAM BB30+ spindle, I’m running Red(Quarq) BB30+ cranks on my CAAD12.
Red & Force BB30+ are fine

The cranks used on Quarqs are different to the non PM version. I believe they are re-badged Force 22.
But yeah, @Sumo any SRAM 30mm spindled crank with a pre-load widget on the axle will work with a BB30a frame. No pre-load widget? Avoid.
Obvs. any Cannondale crank will work with the correct (109mm?) axle.

I have a pair of FSA Gossamers. 165mm, NOS but with a short axle (need to measure it). Let me know if interested.
