You can buy small reducers to take them down to 22mm, don't always work that well.
Or if my memory is correct sram uses the same outside diameter as shimano but is 22mm inside meaning a decent shop can remove the bearing and press in a sram one.
Which might be the only way as if the BBright has been fitted correctly (certain grade of loctite) it can be an absolute bugger to remove. -

I have just got a 2015 cervelo s3, it came with a bb already, however the bottom bracket was used for shimano, and I'm running sram. Do I need to get an adapter? Another bottom bracket?
