What's the story with the frame.

1. Do you know how much use had it seen before you got our hands on it?
   
2. Do you know what the steerer is cut too, had it been cut to be slammed?
   

I don’t really know much my friend had it for a year at lest after that he was going for a holiday so he sold it to me
I am not sure if he cut

Can see by the pic that it’s cut to around stem + 7,5 mm spacers. Anyway a banging deal! Instant buy if it where my size.
