What for?!

I'm guessing removal of that hanger and trying to run it fixed in what looks like a rear facing dropout will = wheel pressed into the frame(?)

maybe you could run it fixed/tireless?
Srsly though: This frameset looks like it’s furnished for internal gear hub and rollerbrake only. So, quite possibly not drilled for brakes (and even if you could drill it, the drop required might be enormous...).
Edit: Front fork is drilled through, yes, but probably suits long-drop/nutted only!

Back is drilled too, you can see the bolt holding the rear mudguard on.

I've got a drum brake/dynamo front hub sat around if anyone wants this and is struggling for brakes. Fixed/coaster/drum brake rear and you've got a nice weatherproof town bike thingy
Like with discs you can easily go for 650b or something as well as the brakes aren't at the rim
Free to a good home - Trek Soho frameset and rear wheel. Everything in pic included (apart from stand!) Great project for someone. Paint is rough, you can split the rear chainstay for running a belt drive (i assume it's the same frame as a district)
Rear hub is a Shimano Inter-7, so please find the specs on this to decide if you can run this fixed /SS
