Try your LBS or if there is one near you, a bike exchange/co-op? Hopefully there'd be a suitable one, or donor brake, available for not much ££

I actually work at a place that does bike recycling. The problem is that when dual-pivot calipers get donated we tend to want to keep them intact. The cheaper calipers that we get loads of and don't mind breaking down tend to use a cable pinch bolt (a bolt with a hole drilled through it).
LBS is a good shout though. I'll give them a try.

Ah makes sense. Hope you find one.
I'm missing the bolt and washer for clamping the cable inner on a tektro dual pivot caliper. The bolt is just a short (M4?) allen bolt, but the washer is a square one with 2 rounded corners and a groove for the cable (like this). I could manufacture something, but I'd prefer to have a proper one. Tektro ones would obviously fit, but I think Campag and Shimano would too.
Anyone got one knocking around their tool box or about to throw out a caliper that they can salvage one from (preferably silver). Can pay in loose change or home-made mince pies.
