Recommended Frame Builders for repairs / rebuilding steel frames

Hi there, I have a Kalavinka road frame which Kevin Winter (NE UK) converted to a fixie (track ends, removing of road / brake braze ons) and did various repairs on. I now want to add the necessary braze ons for disc brakes and get a steel 1" steerer disc fork made. Any recommendations? If anyone has an up to date email contact for Kevin Winter that would be awesome...

Thanks guys- another question: any idea where I can get a 1" threadless fork for disc brakes?

Tifosi still do various 1” crabon forks, dunno if there’s a disc one.

Only seen the caliper version of the Tifosi, but will check it out, thanks!
