Kona Deluxe road bike steel/carbon size 60

Hi!

I´m selling my beloved Kona Deluxe. This has been my first proper road bike and I´ve really enjoyed it for a couple of years now. Yes, it´s a frame from 2005 that I own since 2010 but haven´t really ridden it properly until a couple of years ago as I have many other bikes and road is not what I ride the most.

This is a mix of Dedacciai ultralight steel mixed with carbon on the rear. It´s a not very usual mix but it works really well. It´s not as confy as a carbon frame but it´s definitely stiffer than a cheap carbon one, it accelerates really well and takes corners with precision. It´s surprising how well it performs. Shifting and braking works smoothly as cables are in good condition. It really works flawlessly and with this budget friendly build it´s just over 8 kg.

It has a dent on the top tube as it fell against the corner of a table once which is a bummer but otherwise paint is in really great condition with no big scratches or anything.
No play in the bearings, brand new Suppacaz tape, it will include a brand new chain as this one is about to get worn and some brake pads.

This is a good bike for someone who wants to try road cycling or good as a fast commuter bike and specially if you want to make sure you purchase something that is all checked and ready to go with no surprises once you get it. Also, for someone between 1.84cm/6'1' and 1.92cm/6'4"
