Depends on your leg length, reach etc and what length stem you use.
FYI I have a 34” inside leg and am 5.11 using a 110mm stem

Nice to see a genuine Paul Sadoff-built Rock Lobster on here. Not many in the UK.
I rode for Paul (he sponsored the CX team I was on) back in the day when I lived in California. He makes phenomenal-handling bikes. Without question, the most lively, best handling CX bike I ever raced.
I know yours is a road frame - it'll be fantastic.
