Next up is a Mavic ‘Aksium’ wheelset that came with my Canyon Roadlite in 2013. Used a bit, and saw a little bit of rain, but I quickly upgraded to some c24s and these went in the loft where they’ve been ever since, a couple of turbo seasions for the rear aside.

They are ten speed Shimano, but I have just noticed that there is a spacer on the rear hub, so may be 11 speed comaptible.

Spin smoothly. Really sturdy and perfect for a winter trainer. Nice bladed spokes. Come with original QR skewers. Pic tries to show brake track wear, of which there isn’t really any.

These are £35. They are for collection in E17 only. Everything else can be collected in E17 or N1.
