I had mine done with bike fit few years ago at Cyclefit. Got custom insoles made on the spot too. Pricey but was well worth it at a time.
What solved the problem for good for me are squats with a barbel. Now I have an arch again and don't need the insoles. -

Physio told me when seated place a tea towel under foot.
Pull toes in and release dragging the tea towel backwards. Repeat. -

I went to GP through them I managed to see a physiotherapist who gave me exercises to do and I also went to see a podiatrist. All on the NHS.
I have flat feet or sunken arch or whatever it is called.
I used to wear special insoles but stopped 10 years ago because I had finance it myself and I was not sure of the benefits.
Today I have back and neck problems and feel it is time to revisit the idea of arch support.
Anybody have advice on the best place to go to have my feet checked and potentially insoles made. Should I go to my GP first?
Thanks,
