WTD: 28.6 Band on Front Derailleur 10 speed

Probably easier to find one with a larger more common clamp size and shim it, happy hunting!

If it's for the first Shimano 10 speed series then pretty much any of the 8 or 9 speed front mechs will work as pull ratio is the same. It changed for the 5700/6700/7900 hidden cable stuff but if memory serves the relevant FD wasn't massively different either so if you did have the later 10 speed STIs you still might be able to get away with an 8 or 9 era FD but tolerances for shifting would be reduced so you'd need to be a bit more bob on setting up for nice shifting.
