cheap lightweight road wheels,

looking for some relatively lightweight, cheap and modern road wheels (clincher) for a build (thinking mavic openpro, shimano r500, vision 30) must be able to take 8 speed shimano cassette, and have little wear to braking surface. ideally would pick up tomorrow, london based.

I got a set off wheels currently still on my bike Shimano rs20 on front slight wear and a DT swiss 4.0 rear wheel no wear on rear.
can come with conti tyres £60 or without tyres £45.
