Neil Pryde 38mm Clinchers with issues (or maybe not)

Pains me to do this, but I've made the decision to sell these wheels as I'm not using them.
They're 38mm and decent weight 780 + 620 = 1400 with rim tape. I was told by the guy who I bought them from that Neil Pryde is owned by Reynolds, so the rims are highly likely to be Reynolds (Assault?) and a bit of google image searching does seem to suggest that might be true.

Now the problem: the front is absolutely fine, spins great, is true, little wear etc. However, the rear has an issue with the rim where a few of the spokes are just pulling through very slightly. I think I bought them like this, and the guy who I bought them off was heavier than me and had never had a problem. I have ridden them a fair bit on the flat and on hills, but since being made aware of the issue by a bike shop, I've only ridden them on the flat. The issue hasn't got any worse after 100 miles of flat riding by me, including trying to put the rear out of true/exacerbate it by doing endos etc, so they're pretty solid!
The reason that I'm selling is that although I'm sure it'd be fine, I just can't bring myself to descend on the rear as I know there's an issue and would feel like a dick if something were to go wrong. I have no qualms about doing flat rides on them and have done that a few times, but a spoke going at 45mph has a different outcome to one going at 20mph.

With that in mind, the price is basically for just the front, with the rear thrown in - if you choose to use it, then that's up to you! I just need to spend the money elsewhere, and although they look gorgeous, they're just not getting used enough.

I paid £450 for the pair, the seller refunded £200. I would like £210 posted to the UK for the pair please, which I think is a good price for such a good wheelset.
