For Sale : 1992 Belarus National Team Takhion Temp TT Track Bike

Due to other projects I've decided to sell my extremely rare original Belarus National Team Takhion Temp track bike complete.

Takhion was a special make of bicycle from Kharkov, Ukraine, in former-USSR. Developed by Central Design & Technology Agency from 1981 to 1992, nearly 400 custom bicycles were produced. Takhion supplied cycling teams of Republics Belarus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine, and Kirghizia. Several USSR National Championships, and at least one World Championship, have been won on Takhion.

The frameset itself is in un-restored original condition and to date I have only ever seen one other team bike like it. I have owned the bike for around 7 years and it is complete with rare correct 700C russian kevlar discs.

The frame and fork are in original untouched condition complete with paint chips and the original paint number marking on the LHS of the TT. I chose not to restore the frame as it is only original once. It is located in New Zealand.
