I have two frame-sets, neither of which precisely fits the bill, but may work?
Dave Yates brazed road frame and fork, nice and light with cool 90s paint job (but not mint), 52cm top tube, but £150
Unsure-of-the-maker 80s frame and fork with Ofmega headset, internally routed rear brake cable, nicely lugged, £60, but a 50cm top tube. -

Hi Rod, thanks for getting in touch. I'm intrigued by both of these. Please could you post some pics when you get a chance (either here on via PM)?
Also, for clarity, the 52cm measurement that I reference is the seat tube c-t

Ah, they both have shorter seat tubes than 52cm, the Yates looked like this when built though:
Includes Ritchey headset.

Sorry, I also have a Graham Weigh frame and fork for sale too that is more the right size AND the right price! I'll PM you some pics.

Great - looks like I've hit the jackpot! Love the Dave Yates, but it does look a bit on the small side. When you get a chance please could you measure the seat tube c-t for the Yates and the mystery 80s frame? Thanks mate

Yeah, no worries, I'll send you some dimensions and pics.
Hi guys, i'm looking for a 52cm steel frameset (reynolds or columbus) for a build. It doesn't have to be in the best nick because i'm on a budget and really can't go higher than £100 (ideally around £75 though...). It's going to be a geared bike so no track framesets please. HMU if anyone has anything that could fit the bill. Thanks!
