will these forks work

Would like to turn my old track bike into a commuting fixie/ SS so need a drilled front fork. The current forks are 1 1/8 steerer with 45x45 bearings. would this fork from planet x work? what i need new bearings. thanks

No they will not, they are for tapered steerer. You need a straight 1 1/8" steerer fork. Easily had anywhere.

any suggestions, carn't see anything in the same price range, don't mind which brake setup it uses
