FS. Colnago Tecnos 53cm

Only for sale as I get the chance to get my old turntable back, so given the niche appeal of my Ron Cooper, (I'd take a scalping on) and zero appeal for my Perks TT (which will eventually go, or get stuck on a wall) sadly this is the weakest and most saleable link being complete eye candy. My brother will kill me as he really loves this bike, but it's not his size, so tough.

It's a Campag chorus groupset in really nice nick, with some Zipp 101 wheels, which are expensive and in reasonable shape ( i think alone new they were something mad like a grand) They have a quirky some play attitude in the design I can't get used to. Theres some striation to the rims, but not deep wear. Maybe the back needs some new bearings but this is reflected in the price, do some reading, as there plenty about 101's out there. The gears are excellent as are the brakes. The only thing I was going to do was with it being Italian threading I was going to degrease and threadlock the right hand BB cup.

Theres a little paint damage on the top tube, not done by me! The chromes fantastic even after so many years. Theres a really nice turbomatic saddle fitted. I've also bunged on a minty Cinelli XA stem 110 I think - and some new standard Shimano Spuds*. £825 compared to many that's cheap. Meet Brum, or collect Manchester.

*price adjusted as would need another pair.

I love this frameset & it's my size too, but I have already got a steel Colnago which never gets ridden. Is it 9 speed out of interest?

£775 I don't know of a cheaper Tecnos this well specced. I'll list it on ebay after today as they've offered me a £1 final value bollocks.
