54cm (at a push) road frame?

Looking for a road frame for a friend.
Something steel, or maybe aluminium, not too modern. Ideally with an interesting paint job or tubing or both

I've got a French steel road frame with a whacky fluro paint job, think it's 54cm, can't remember the make now but if keen pm me and I'll dig it out...

would you fancy a titanium frame? I have one for sale:
Titanium frame built by Wittson / 4T / Victoria brand company / builder https://wittson.com/custom-titanium-frame-builder. These were made for Lithuanian cyclists teams and national team cyclists for training in early 90s. Frameset was previously painted but was recently glass blasted and the fork powder coated. Frame can be polished but ofc it is up to the new owner. Frameset comes dent free or any other damage to the tubing. Extremely nicely made, please check all the welding work.

Italian threaded BB
Seatpost diameter 27.2mm
HT - 12,5cm
TT - 54cm
CT - 56.5cm CC - 53cm
Weight Frame 1.4kg + 0.6kg fork total 2kilos

If you want something cheap I have a motobecane f+f think it's a 53 or 54 can throw in the bb as it's French £40
