Cannondale SAVE seat post

Looking for a Cannondale save seat post 25.4 with layback. I think this comes on a Synapse as a standard. Needed for my ride as the stock seat post doesn't let me get the saddle as far back as I'd ideally like.

Happy to trade it for a stock 25.4 Carbon cannondale post with 300kms on it
