I’m having difficulty understanding your post. Are we talking about internal or external cabling? What do Scott normally use on your bike?

external. Scott use a plastic cable guide stuck on with 3m tape

Not really enough information, try here https://www.westbrookcycles.co.uk/frames-c6/frameset-spares-c239/scott-m12/cable-guides-t289 or post some pics and model etc.

It is a CR1 2011, the model's guide isn't available on westbrook. It is quite flat, so the older style ones arent useful.

You could probably get a generic Shimano one and tape it on. You can also get the black inner guide stuff on its own which will help reduce friction and keep it from rubbing.
Liner like this - https://www.bikes24.co.uk/jagwire-slick-lube-liner-for-nokon.html?LGWCODE=34780;86716;4971&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI95fPofas2wIVDJ4bCh3dxgtGEAQYAyABEgJmEfD_BwE

Scott weren't helpful, I've just bought a handful off ebay to try out including the shimano one... The first one was a fail. The issue is the flat part that feeds to the front derailleur, as most are rounded for a steel frame.
As an aside, there is someone in Liverpool who seems to have an archive of vintage cable guides. Lol.
Im having difficulty sourcing a proper BB cable cable for my Scott carbon frame.I tried cable housing but it is too stiff. I did a shit job...I'm too ashamed to post the photos.
Anyone creative suggestions?
