Vaaru offer a titanium refinishing service. Looks like it starts at £60 for the basic, although you'll probably have to cover postage costs there and back. Probably worth giving them a call to get a quote?
Personally, I like raw titanium. It looks nice, is easy to clean, and I don't have to worry about paint chips and scratches as much.
Im in a bit off a dilemma. I acquired a titanium track frame but the first owner decided to make it look like a ratty/beater frame. It was painted single colour and has acquired a lot of paint chips, and it looks cheap - job done on their behalf. I'm deciding whether to remove all the paint (and Im asking which is the best way? It was primed and sprayed from what I recall) or keep it as it is? as I cycle in london and sometimes lock up in public places.
