The guy is a total twat. I spent five weeks cycling in Chiang Mai last year and came across some of his little crew who all buy into his mono diet bullshit. He seemed to revel in having weird young European guys behaving like his disciples.

They started filming fake beef videos that showed them falling out with him purely for hits.

It's really not hard to get that 'lean' as he keeps on saying. Real simple on any diet, so long as you're in a calorific deficiency, you'll lose weight by default.
